Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for new developments
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using advanced BIM software
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams with architects and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering regulations and standards
- Develop innovative solutions for complex structural challenges using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M in value
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders
