Responsibilities
- Lead Design & Analysis: Oversee complex civil engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to safety codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using industry-standard tools like Procore and Primavera P6.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D to create detailed blueprints and 3D models.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting site visits and presenting technical proposals.
- Compliance: Ensure all engineering designs comply with local, state, and federal environmental and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil design and construction management.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
