Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban drainage systems
- Conduct structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations and green mark standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for concurrent infrastructure initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining quality control through rigorous design reviews
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges in urban environments
- Coordinate with government agencies and private stakeholders for permit approvals and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with P.Eng certification
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Proven expertise in MRT/transportation or waterfront development projects
- Advanced proficiency in BIM modeling and construction management software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's regulatory framework including BCA codes and URA guidelines
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
