Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection systems, and smart city initiatives
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD) to optimize material usage and construction timelines
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and on-site supervision of construction phases
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for large-scale land reclamation and tunneling projects
- Develop innovative drainage and flood mitigation solutions for Singapore's tropical climate challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with 3+ years in Singapore's regulatory environment
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and 3D modeling tools
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding SGD 50M in value
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) and PUB requirements
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through successful project delivery and team management
