Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of transportation, water management, and structural systems
- Manage project lifecycles from conception through commissioning
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor coordination
- Develop cost estimates and construction documentation
- Implement sustainable engineering practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS systems
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Proven project management and budget oversight
- LEED AP certification a plus
