Responsibilities
- Design and oversee execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water management systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from conceptual planning through final project delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local engineering regulations and safety standards
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical and structural challenges
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using advanced BIM technologies
- Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed engineering reports and specifications
- Client relationship management and business development support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in value
- Deep understanding of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
- LEED AP certification highly preferred
- Experience with sustainable infrastructure and resilient design principles
