Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Perform structural analysis and hydraulic modeling for complex systems
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable infrastructure challenges
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 8+ years of experience in transportation or structural engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and FEMA regulations
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
