Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction oversight for $20M+ infrastructure projects
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable water resource management
- Coordinate with municipal agencies for permit compliance and approvals
- Mentor junior engineers using BIM/CAD technologies (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Conduct feasibility studies for transportation corridor improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE required)
- 8+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects
- Expertise in TxDOT standards and local permitting processes
