Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of complex civil infrastructure projects
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and feasibility studies
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies
- Implement sustainable design practices and BIM technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain immediately
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS systems
- Proven track record on transportation or water resource projects
- Familiarity with FEMA floodplain modeling and TCEP regulations
- Strong leadership skills and client management experience
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
