Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions and coastal protection systems
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) for complex building foundations
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore Building Authority regulations and safety standards
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and government agencies
- Develop sustainable construction methodologies reducing environmental impact by 30%
- Prepare technical documentation and cost estimates for project approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis and foundation design for high-rise structures
- Proficiency in finite element analysis software (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and land transport authority requirements
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding $50M in value
