Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions and waterfront developments
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of project deliverables
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in urban environments
- Coordinate with government agencies and private stakeholders for permit approvals
- Implement sustainable construction practices to achieve Green Mark Platinum certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent Singapore registration
- Expertise in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Proven track record in managing projects over SGD 50 million
- Familiarity with Singapore's Building Control Act and BCSD requirements
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in technical documentation
