Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, flood mitigation systems, and waterfront developments
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, Plaxis)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for concurrent multi-million dollar contracts
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (LTA, PUB, URA) to ensure compliance with Singapore's stringent building codes
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain design excellence
- Develop innovative BIM workflows and implement digital twin technologies for project optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification with Singapore Board of Engineers
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and hydraulic modeling
- Proven track record leading projects with budgets exceeding SGD 50 million
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and digital project management tools
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Green Mark certification requirements
