Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of complex civil engineering projects, including MRT expansions, coastal protection systems, and smart city infrastructure
- Conduct site investigations, structural analysis, and feasibility studies using advanced software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring strict adherence to Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, environmental consultants, government agencies) to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop tender documents, technical specifications, and construction methodologies for large-scale infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain project excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- Expert proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling software (Revit, Civil 3D) and structural analysis tools
- Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding SGD 50M with zero safety incidents
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's infrastructure codes, land transport authority (LTA) guidelines, and sustainability frameworks
- Strong project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) and contract administration expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in geotechnical challenges and urban density constraints
