Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical analysis using advanced modeling software
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local and federal regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green infrastructure principles
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and construction documentation
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with TxDOT and municipal permitting processes
- Strong project management skills with successful delivery of $5M+ projects
- Expertise in sustainable design and LEED certification
