Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban planning
- Manage project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning while ensuring compliance with Singapore Building Authority standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM technologies (Revit, Civil 3D) for complex high-rise and underground structures
- Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and construction drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with 3+ years in senior roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent Singapore Board of Engineers certification
- Expertise in Singapore's building codes (BCA) and infrastructure regulations
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools
- Proven track record managing projects over SGD 50M in value
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior engineers
- Fluency in English with excellent report writing and presentation abilities
