Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance (TCEQ, FHWA)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, environmental specialists, and construction managers
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges in Gulf Coast terrain
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured professional development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expert proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and construction management software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $50M in value
- Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation regulations
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with public-private partnership (P3) delivery models
