Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, and water systems
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using advanced BIM/CAD technologies
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and compliance reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee quality assurance protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
