Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale transportation and water infrastructure projects
- Perform advanced structural analysis and geotechnical evaluations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Develop sustainable construction methodologies and materials specifications
- Coordinate with municipal agencies and stakeholders for permitting
- Utilize BIM/CAD tools for detailed project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects
- PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Proven track record in project management and budget oversight
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
