Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Perform advanced structural analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and ADA regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop sustainable design solutions for environmental resilience
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, environmental specialists)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of experience in transportation or structural engineering
- Expert proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM modeling
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Texas engineering codes and permitting processes
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and client presentation skills
- Experience with public-private partnerships (P3) projects
