Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and smart city initiatives
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using BIM (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element modeling software
- Oversee site operations, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore's BCDA and LTA regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, MEP specialists)
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for land reclamation and flood management
- Manage project budgets and timelines while maintaining zero-incident safety records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale Singaporean infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license with Singapore Board of Registration
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and structural engineering codes
- Proficiency in Singaporean building codes (BCA) and international standards (BSI, ASCE)
- Proven track record in managing projects valued at S$50M+
- Strong knowledge of contract administration (SMD, PWD contracts)
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent highly desirable
