Responsibilities
- Design and oversee infrastructure projects including transportation, water systems, and structural developments
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve complex technical challenges
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license (Texas Board of Professional Engineers)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
