Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, high-rise developments, and waterfront reclamation
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining strict quality control standards
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical disputes, and coordinate with contractors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers and develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's soil conditions
- Prepare detailed technical reports, tender documents, and environmental impact assessments
- Drive sustainability initiatives through green building certifications (BCA Green Mark) and smart infrastructure integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience in Singapore's infrastructure sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Singapore's Board of Engineers
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical engineering, and construction management methodologies
- Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element analysis software
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Building Code, BCSD requirements, and URA guidelines
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $50M in value
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to mentor cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English with strong technical writing and presentation abilities
