Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform advanced hydraulic modeling and structural analysis using industry-standard software
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies (TxDOT, FEMA, USACE) for compliance and permitting
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable infrastructure challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, CivilStorm, and structural analysis software
- Demonstrated experience with TxDOT design standards and permitting processes
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
