Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000)
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with federal/state codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for optimal delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality reviews of technical documentation
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
