Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal utilities
- Perform advanced hydraulic and structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Oversee construction phases ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Develop sustainable solutions for erosion control, drainage systems, and environmental compliance
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining client relationships
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Expertise in transportation and water resource engineering
- Proficiency in BIM modeling and construction management software
- Strong understanding of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Proven track record of managing projects over $50M
- LEED AP certification preferred
