Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including transportation networks and water management systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation ensuring client satisfaction
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local and federal standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality control reviews for technical deliverables
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering with emphasis on infrastructure
- PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and construction management software
- Demonstrated success managing projects over $10M in value
- Strong understanding of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
