Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for large-scale infrastructure developments including MRT expansions, waterfront reclamations, and smart city initiatives
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and contractors to ensure adherence to Singapore's stringent BCA regulations and international safety standards
- Develop innovative structural solutions using BIM technologies (Revit, Civil 3D) to optimize material usage and construction efficiency
- Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for high-profile urban regeneration projects
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with government agencies (LTA, URA) for permit approvals and compliance
- Implement sustainable construction methodologies targeting Green Mark Platinum certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Professional Engineer (PE) accreditation from Singapore Board of Engineers
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project delivery within Singapore's construction sector
- Proven expertise in MRT/transportation projects, land reclamation, or high-rise structural engineering
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and soil-structure interaction analysis
- Track record of managing projects exceeding S$50M in value with zero safety incidents
- Postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering or Sustainable Infrastructure preferred
