Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (TCEQ, FHWA)
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM for precision modeling and analysis
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments
- Present designs to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil design and construction
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS technologies
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of TCEQ and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with sustainable design practices and resilience planning
