Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (bridges, transit systems, water treatment facilities)
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM tools and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban development
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license and minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in structural analysis, hydraulics, and transportation engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS systems
- Strong project management with PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience with FEMA and TxDOT standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with sustainable design principles (LEED certification a plus)
