Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, utilities)
- Conduct feasibility studies and detailed structural analysis using BIM technologies
- Oversee site inspections, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and government agencies
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for urban resilience projects
- Prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, and tender specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng certification
- 8+ years of experience in Singapore's civil construction sector
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools
- Proven track record on large-scale infrastructure projects (>SGD 50M)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's BCDA, LTA, and URA regulations
- Strong project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience in sustainable design principles (Green Mark Platinum)
