Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including transportation networks and water management systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM/CAD software to ensure compliance with international building codes
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control monitoring for construction phases
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for urban development challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with external stakeholders including municipal authorities
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and project cost estimates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- PE license required (Texas P.E. preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $5M in value
- Strong knowledge of LEED and sustainable infrastructure practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
