Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex civil engineering projects including MRT extensions and coastal protection systems
- Conduct structural analysis using software such as ETABS and SAP2000 for high-rise developments
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with Singaporeās Building Construction Authority regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with contractors, architects, and government agencies
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green building principles (BCA Green Mark)
- Prepare technical documentation including tender drawings, specifications, and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering with P.E. certification (or equivalent international qualification)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects in Asia-Pacific
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit, Civil 3D) and project management software (MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporeās building codes and land transport authority requirements
- Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Postgraduate degree or specialized certification in structural engineering preferred
