What You Will Do:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be the technical lead for our complex municipal and commercial projects, ensuring excellence from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roadways, drainage systems, and site grading.
- Conduct thorough site investigations, including geotechnical analysis and environmental impact assessments.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure delivery within scope and timeline.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and review detailed technical reports, construction documents, and tender specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the design team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
