Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of municipal infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities)
- Perform structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local/state regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, environmental specialists)
- Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed engineering reports
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Experience with LEED and sustainable infrastructure practices
- Demonstrated success leading projects over $10M
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
