Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and supervision of complex civil engineering projects, from concept to completion.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Conduct site inspections and provide expert technical guidance to contractors and sub-contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the UK construction sector.
- BEng (Hons) or MEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Chartered status (ICE) or working towards full chartership is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
