Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, feasibility studies, and geotechnical analyses to mitigate risks and ensure structural integrity.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within financial constraints.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications using advanced CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to foster seamless project integration.
- Supervise junior engineers and staff, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to strict safety standards and quality control protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure, structural engineering, or transportation planning.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar industry-standard software.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driverās license and ability to travel to various job sites.
