Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction oversight for large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions and waterfront developments
- Perform structural analysis using BIM software and ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for concurrent projects
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges during construction phases
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, tender documents, and contract specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, environmental consultants, and government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering with 3+ years in Singapore's construction sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification registered with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools (Revit)
- Proven track record managing projects valued at SGD 50M+
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and infrastructure regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
