Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of commercial/residential infrastructure projects
- Perform structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes (IBC, TCEQ)
- Collaborate with architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license required
- Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software
- Experience with large-scale commercial/residential developments
- Demonstrated project management leadership
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices (LEED/AP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
