Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water management systems
- Perform structural analysis using advanced software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (TxDOT, FEMA)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for concurrent initiatives
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for new development proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in structural analysis and transportation engineering
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies
- Strong knowledge of LEED and sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
