Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for large-scale civil infrastructure
- Design and optimize structural systems using BIM technologies (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) and NEA regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for greenfield developments
- Manage project budgets exceeding $50M with zero-tolerance for safety violations
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban drainage and transportation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Singaporean infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent Singaporean accreditation (PEB/IES)
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Proven track record in MRT station or high-rise building projects
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigation methodologies
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent international qualification
- Fluency in English with documentation capability in both languages
