Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, high-rise developments)
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element modeling
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in urban environments
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for infrastructure proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in complex infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- Expertise in geotechnical engineering and structural analysis
- Proficiency in Singapore's building codes (BCA, SS) and international standards
- Proven track record in managing projects valued over $100M SGD
- Certification in LEED or BREEAM sustainability frameworks
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
