Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site investigations, including soil analysis and topographical surveys, to determine project feasibility.
- Technical Design: Develop detailed structural plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local government bodies and zoning authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Team Management: Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and schedules, making critical decisions to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
