Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water management systems
- Perform complex structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards (TxDOT, FEMA)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical quality reviews
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders during project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in structural design and transportation engineering
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling technologies
- Strong communication skills with stakeholder management experience
