Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions and coastal protection systems
- Perform structural analysis using BIM tools (Revit/AutoCAD) for compliance with Singapore's BCA standards
- Manage project budgets exceeding $50M with subcontractor coordination and risk mitigation
- Develop sustainable drainage solutions using hydraulic modeling software (HEC-RAS)
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments for land development projects
- Mentor junior engineers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. certification from Singapore
- Minimum 8 years experience in infrastructure project delivery
- Proficiency in Singapore's CPDD and LTA technical guidelines
- Strong expertise in geotechnical engineering and foundation design
- Professional certification in project management (PMP) preferred
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
