Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale infrastructure developments
- Design and optimize structural systems using BIM and parametric modeling
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for complex urban projects
- Multidisciplinary coordination with architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Implement sustainable engineering practices (LEED/Singapore Green Mark)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Control Act and PUB regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent Singapore registration
- Expertise in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS)
- Proven track record in MRT, tunnel, or coastal protection projects
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigation and foundation design
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or PRINCE2
- Fluency in English with excellent technical documentation skills
