Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable drainage systems
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and optimize material efficiency
- Manage project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning with strict adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting Green Mark Platinum certification for all new developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
- Expertise in BIM modeling and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure
- Proven track record in managing projects exceeding SGD 50M value
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and soil-structure interaction
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience with Singapore's tender processes and regulatory frameworks
