Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection works, and urban regeneration schemes
- Oversee site operations, ensuring strict adherence to Singapore's stringent BCA and NEA regulations
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and government agencies
- Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle cost analyses for sustainable infrastructure solutions
- Drive BIM implementation across projects to enhance efficiency and collaboration
- Represent the firm in regulatory submissions with LTA, PUB, and other authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Singapore's civil engineering sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proven expertise in geotechnical engineering and structural analysis for tropical climates
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and project management software
- Strong track record in delivering projects within complex regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
- Familiarity with PUB's Active, Beautiful, Clean Waters (ABC Waters) program
