Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and urban development
- Conduct structural analysis and feasibility studies using advanced BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with precision
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes and international engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders for regulatory approvals
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and green infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction management
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro)
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and land transport authority guidelines
