Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Conduct complex structural analysis and hydraulic modeling for transportation networks
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and drafters
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and ICC standards
- Develop cost-effective solutions using BIM/CIM technologies
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and career development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years progressive experience in civil infrastructure
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Proven track record with transportation corridor planning
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigation methodologies
- Experience with public infrastructure funding processes
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
