Responsibilities
- Oversee design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards
- Develop detailed construction documents and cost estimates
- Mentor junior engineers and implement quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS software
- Demonstrated experience with TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities
- LEED AP certification a significant plus
